Customer Support: Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and front counter interactions.
First-Contact Resolution: Provide accurate advice and polite assistance to resolve enquiries or complaints swiftly at the first point of contact.
System & Record Management: Accurately log, update, and track customer interactions and written correspondence within internal databases.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound contact centre or customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong digital literacy with the ability to quickly pick up new software, customer databases, and the Microsoft Office suite.
A cooperative team player who is organised and adapts well to changing priorities.
Previous experience within local government is highly regarded, though not mandatory.
